Preparing for the TKT
1. Reading:
The TKT Course Modules 1, 2 and 3, and you can supplement it
by reading books, magazines, dictionaries, websites recommended in the
Discovery activities section.
2. Reference:
Make regular use of reference materials such as dictionaries
and grammar books when you prepare for your lessons.
3. Record-keeping:
Make notes about your lessons, what worked well and what
would you do differently next time.
4. Reflection:
Is one stage of the classroom cycle: we Start by looking at
what happens in the classroom (observation) and by collecting data, then we try
to understand the data and decide (reflection) what we can do to improve the
situation, and finally, we try out our plans (action) in the classroom.
